These look cool for shorter hair. Has anyone tried them? At $3.99 with free shipping I might.

I have only seen these rollers on the net. They look interesting. If you purchase them please do a review.

The Japanese are so innovative when it comes to this stuff! Where can you purchase these?

ETA: Ok I see the link. I'm going to order from ebay. That's a great deal!

Nope I've never but I wouldn't mind trying them out for $3.99

I'm such a rollersetting whore. I bought 4 packs. I'll try to review when they arrive in 7-20 days.

hmmm... I bet they sell them at Hmart..ill have to look when in back in NJ

They look pretty cool.. they didn't show what the curls look like when you remove em tho.. =/

Ok, I just watched the 2nd video. The jury is still out for me. I think she could have left them in longer than 15 minutes for her length. I think they have potential to work well.

I think they're sleep friendly because of the soft material used.

Wait, check out this video and get an even better idea. I don't know yall about these...whatcha think?

Thanks for sharing. These rollers seem so ideal. I love how Asian created the Bob Hair Style. I actually had my haircut by a Vietnamese stylist. My hair needs a little bump, so I use my FHI Mini Curling iron, but these rollers will same my hair from heat. I'll try them out. My hair is currently nape length, but full all over. Thanks again.

Me too, girl. I did the BC in May 09 and now my hair is full nape length. I did go back to relaxing in Nov 09. Thanks to LHCF, I now know how to managed relaxed hair.

I saw thes on eBay last year. I was tempted to buy them, but I didn't. Looks good though. :yep:

These look cool...I'm very tempted, but I still wanna see some more results first; specifically not on asian/stick straight hair texture.

LMAO! "rollersetting whore" and your siggy...love them both! Movies like that are a trip.

And I have to try these rollers. I tried to go back to heat and that's a no-no.

I purchased from the ebay link provided in this thread. Hence my note on receiving it in 7-20 days.

MiteyChick, did you pay extra to get the original packaging? Because they will ship them to you loose without the packaging.

I saw their disclaimer and sent them a question about that and it being unsanitary. I don't know why are they selling them loose?

Wait, I just thought about it. They must be selling them loose to save on the shipping cost...right? I mean, the packaging does look pretty big and bulky.

Do you think these will work on wet hair? All of the videos are on dry hair.

If you watch video 1 I just ordered that clip thing for your bangs.
I kinda think these videos are like the pictures you have for wig advertising, EVERYONE I know could do a better job with the same tools. :ohwell: :lachen:

What is the bang thingy for? Just to hold a certain section of hair down or out of the way?

Where did you get it from?

these are neat i think i'll order some. wonder how many packs i'll need for my think hair.

Its to get the swoop bang effect. I have clips I use now but this looks easier. I usually spray or gel my hair with something to make the curl hold and then pin it in place and run a blow dryer over it. I don't like my bangs curly. I do that thing where they cover one eye and then sweep back into my hair a la Jessica Rabbit. :yep:

I would buy them. I just might for when my hair grows out some more.

Oh yea I got the bang thingy on ebay for 0.99 with free shipping! I won the auction I was the only bid LOL. Score!
It happened with three really weird items each was .99 with free shipping on ebay.

I only spent 3 bucks so I'm happy!

I saw someone using these on a reality show and I keep an eye out for them everytime I'm in Ulta/Sally's.

Not sure if they would work for natural hair, but I've wanted to try them forever.
