What other textures of HC have you used? I am interested in Salon Relaxed, Gentle Wave Relaxed, and Virgin Malaysian. I will probably get 12" since that is BSL on me. If I get a closure, will 4 oz. be enough for a natural weave? I've gotten a weave before with two packs of 12" and it was soooooo thick. Like, too much hair. It thinned out to a natural thickness because of the shedding  but I have learned now to seal my wefts. Do you think that sounds fine?

This is my first sew-in since high school, and my first time using Halley's Curls. I really like the look of the Salon Relaxed though. I would suggest doing a google image search of each of those textures. That's what I did with Miami Relaxed. Searched and searched thru tons of fotkis, online albums and BHM threads about it before I decided to just go ahead and get it. Glad I did! :yep:

4 oz might not be enough, even with a closure. I guess it depends on the size of your head and the look you're going for. I'm definitely a weave newbie, so if I were u I would ask Ediese or Nichi or someone who knows a bit more about this than I do. I'm still learning. :) Good luck!

omggggggggggg i'm soooo in love!!! LOOKS FLAAAAWWWLESSSS!!!

Wow it looks beautiful! How much of your own hair is left out?

your hair looks awesome and you are a very pretty woman. Love the volume and the blending is on point

Nice job - it looks very natural the way that you shaped and styled it.

I would have never known that it wasn't real if you didn't tell me. It looks AWESOME. I like your different styles!

girl thats HAwT! I wouldve thought it was all urs too :yep:

I love it!!!!!! After the last disaster I had with the Bohyme Brazilian Wave (matting and shedding), I may jump on Halley's band wagon. Keep us posted on how the hair holds up.

NICCEEEELY DONE! It's official...I'm probably gonna get an install this summer!

About 3 inches in the front, and about an inch on the sides and nape. U can see it best in this pic: (my own hair is what's twisted to the back and loose on the sides)

Pretty!!!!!!! I want to get a curly sew-in sooo bad but IDK if I would be able to get the hang of blending since I'm relaxed...

But it looks good!!!

Duuuude, these are badd a$$. Just too pretty! I love this on you and fits your face so well. See, the thing about a good weave is you find one that works and you get addicted. Then before you know it, your hair has grown inadvertently (that is, if you take care of it).

Good install, chica. I loove the ponytail one. I may try a braidout style like that

Girl, you are doing the dang thang! I love the look on you!

wow - great pictures. very beautiful. good job. I know nothing about weaves. are you natural or relaxed? and how did you get your own hair to match the curls? braidout?

Very pretty and natural. I'd have to say you have one of, if not the most natural
sew in's I've ever seen.

I like it, very natural and poofy nice install :) love the poofy ponytail perfect for summer.

Looks VERY natural. I don't think I'd guess it's a weave at all. Looks very pretty although I think you'd look pretty with just about anything on your head :).
