Reggie:

- Cheap shampoo (V05 green one) Weekly, trying to go every other now.

- Detangle with tangle teaser and afro pick and cheap condish

- DC overnight with Lekair cholesterol mixed with Oil (grape or olive oil)

- Homemade leave in mix of whatever cheap condish, olive oil and water. Heavy handed, so I only moisturize once a week.

- Henna....whenever I don't feel lazy. ( meaning I do it rarely lol )

- I mostly keep my hair out of my face so I wear twist or buns.

- Grease my scalp with hair grease

-Multivitamin once a day

ETA: In my own journey, my best growth & retention ever was when I was doing straw set/braidouts with blue grease & gel, using old formula CON shampoo & motions or cholesterol conditioner. Sometimes, simple works.
