... Now to the wig. I don't like it. It looks very fake from the pics. Have you considered doing braidouts? That way you can wear your own hair but don't have to worry about uisng heat.

U think? I got something the same length and color as my hair. I don't want to do braid outs b/c I'm going to have to let the hair dry and walk around with braids for some period of time... And if I did it before bed, the braid out would be messed up during the course of the day while I'm at the beach and pool... so then comes the night time when I have to dress up and that braid out would be looking a mess.

I dont think the wig look "wiggy" at all so I dont think you need to thin it. I almost thought you were going to wear it the entire cruise But I see you only said at night. The last time I went on a cruise I wanted to shave my head, it was hot and muggy for a few days at sea
At first I agreed that it did not look so natural, but after seeing the pics of your own hair flat ironed, I think you can pull it off because mentally you will know that it looks like you...if that makes sense. The style is very pretty too!
I am wondering if it will get too hot on a cruise to be wearing a heavy wig, especially one that comes into your face like that-- so that is something to think about. Also, I feel like you had another very natural looking wavy wig. Was that you or someone else who posted about the wavy wig you had given a name too? I just remember it looking great! I think that wig fits the idea of a tropical cruise vacation better. Especially if you are going to be getting in water a lot. (If that wasnt you then just ignore me)

Yes, I did have a 1/2 wig that I posted a picture of that was wavy. That was me!
My real hair is naturally very thick, so to me it looks like my hair when it's flat ironed. (see attached pic below... still think I should thin it?) (oh, and the pic below is what happened to my hair after setting w/caruso's and then being attacked by a misty rain shower
You're hair is thick and beautiful! WOW! Don't get me wrong, the wig is very nice, sometimes when there's bangs it tends to 'cover' the face a bit more. But once it molds to your head it will look like it grew right out of your scalp.
