I know some may say law school is more serious but hair is too, some people's hair have been damaged by professional and amatuers stylists.

Although I understand your point, it is worth mentioning that not all licensed cosmetologists are knowledgeable about good hair care practices - many 'unlicensed' members on this forum know heck of a lot more about hair care than some stylists who have licenses hanging in their booths.
Moreover, a lot of products on the market that have been around for years are not necessarily the best or healthiest for hair (many of which are rightfully condemned on this forum), yet many stylists will still endorse them. There are members on this forum who make healthy, natural products that are good for hair, but haven't been on the market for long - they just simply understand the value of certain ingredients and their benefit to hair more than some 'professionals'.
