So, I haven't posted any updates in a long time, primarily because I'm just not doing that much to my hair. But here's what my hair looked right after the BC. I transitioned for a year and two weeks...

It's been what, nearly four years...and this is my hair now

I consider myself mid-back length. I wear my hair natural 98% of the time, "straightening," twice a year (it only stays pretty straight for a few days). I hardly ever trim, but I should do it more often. I suffer from knots, tangles, and single strand knots like many naturals.

My natural hair is just touching shoulder length (sort of a crappy picture).

You have beautiful hair! Great progress.

Do you wear your hair shrunken a lot? That's what creates my single strand knots.

Your hair is beautiful. But for real tho how you gone come up in here posting pictures and not leaving us a regi. You know you wrong. :look:

I wear my hair in a bun a lot, BUT I've discovered I should detangle weekly to keep SSK's at bay. Of course, sometimes I go WEEKS without detangling so I get what I deserve.
