What's the most important thing you've learned over the last year?

Finding what works for me. I've spent so much money on so many products that I no longer use... Also, I've learned to just accept my hair for what it can and cannot do. I have very coarse frizzy hair and will NEVER be smooth and silky. Once I accepted that I stopped wasting money on things that weren't going to work anyways..

*Acceptance --- accepting what my hair can and cannot do..
*Progress take time. It took me 5 months to start feeling like I can finally get my hair to feel moisturized
