I joined at the end of July last year. I wish that I would have found LHCF sooner. :ohwell: I appreciate all the tips, advice and support that you ladies give. I'm not sure that I can claim APL yet but I can see and feel the difference in my hair. Thanks alot ladies.

Looking good, you can really see a difference in the thickness and your ends are just fabulous!
 
It looks like your shorter side caught up to your long side. Pretty blunt ends! Did you trim recently?

I'll get a trim next week if I need it. I've been letting a stylist trim about every 6 to eight weeks. She knows to cut as little as possible. I tried to go a long time without trimming but always end up having to cut a few inches. :sad:
