Amla Oil (Wet or Dry Hair?)

I use it on wet hair (sometimes overnight) then shampoo out with vatika henna conditioning shampoo in the morning! I love this stuff:yep:

I've been oiled my braids with it for a little over a month, but can't wait to use it after my powders and conditioning treatments, while my hair is still wet :yep:.

Are there any naturals using this? I can't remember if this oil is heavy or light.

Im a natural, and i love using my amla oil as a prepoo on dry hair. I leave it overnight then wash it out the next day.

I dare not use it as a leave in or to seal, it's not exactly the freshest of smells :ohwell:

I don't use Amla oil anymore, but when I did it was on dry hair.

I combine Amla powder, olive oil, and a deep conditioner, mix it up and leave it on my hair for an hour. When I rinse out the Amla my hair comes out shiny and real perdy LOL

When I did use it I used it on dry hair as a prepoo over a moisturizer

I put it on dry hair overnight, but since I put a shower cap over it, it's moist when I wake up due to sweat. :ohwell:

I put it on damp hair before I baggy at night.. so I guess it's wet lol

I might want to try this. I'd try it on wet hair.

How bad does this stuff smell? And what does it smell like?

It smells pretty bad but it makes the hair soft and shiny.. thats why I cowash everyday lol
