Anyone regret cutting bangs?...

Now that my front is getting longer, I'm wishing I had bangs to compliment my face shape better. I tried on a wig with bangs just to see, and I loved it! Especially for looking better with all these buns and scarves!

I'm thinking about getting it done after my touch up this weekend, but first, anyone out there cut bangs and then start regretting it/ finding it hard to maintain?

(Haha, I know we're not celebrities, but just a few examples...)

I had bangs and I LOVED them.... they grew back really quickly, so by the time i was "getting tired of them" they were growing to a cute, swooping length.... then quickly grew out.

I have no regrets, and would probably do it again. They definitely made me look cute and younger, which is never a bad thing at my age.

Funny this topic comes along. I am seriously thinking about cutting my bangs for my trip to London in September. I haven't had them cut since 1994 so I'm eager to revisit my junior-high school look. My bangs grow like weed anyway.

I have bangs cut just above my eyebrows. I like the way they frame my face. The only drawback is when I have not had a relaxer in a while, they tend not to lie as nicely against my forehead. I usually style my hair in such a way that my bangs do not show when it is time for a relaxer.

I kinda regret my bangs now. Since I'm growing my hair, the bangs are a reminder of what could have been! I definately like them when I have flat ironed and styled my hair, but honestly, that doesn't happen AT ALL right now. Maybe if you wear your hair "done" alot, yea, go for it. But if you wear alot of protective styles I wouldn't recommend them.

every yr i cut my bangs to above eyebrow , every yr i love em for 2 seconds, and every yr i decided im going to regrow them lol. luckily hair grows back.

Nope, I love my bangs, probably because I cut them very long. When they are stick straight they reach the tip of my nose, but when I style them with a little curl and when they are swept to the side the reach to right underneath my right eye. And they do grow veeeeeeeeeeeeeery fast.

the way my hair used to be cut had lots of layers. so i have bangs if i want to. of course they'll get in my eyes and bug the hell out of but i still have them.

I just had bangs cut. I too hoped that I wouldn't regret it and I don't. I love my bangs. They are right below my eyebrows. I can't wait for them to grow out so I can sweep them to the side.
