Anyone taking Hair skin and nails AND prenatals?

I am getting serious with my vitamin intake finally lol

First question, has anyone taken HSN for a long time and seen results? (like 4 monthes or more) pretty consistantly?

And has anyone taken HSN in conjunction with Prenatals?
Im not really interested in taking prenatals, probably a multi...

I did for awhile. I take the pre-nats because i nurse...and i was taking the hsn for hair growth. I got good growth. Not sure from which vitamin though! Ive been taking the prenats for over 2 years and the hsn for 6 months, been slacking these last 2 month though.
