i have never been to a dominican salon b4 lol i heard good things and some bad things so i want to c 4 myself but i dnt kno where any are located I LIVE I BALTIMORE MD NEAR THE INNER HARBOR PLS HELP ME FIND ONE WHERE ALL MY B-MORE LADIES AT!

In that area I like Francis Beauty Salon on Highland. Manuela's (and Manuela's 2 which used to be Nora's) is close to downtown too. Manuela's is on Baltimore Street. I think the address is 3330. The other one is across the street on the cross street at the corner. IDK the address but I think that street is Highland too.
