Oh, my gosh....the knots when I unravel them are so pretty. Folks at work think I've done something fabulous, but Bantu Knots=Natural hair coiling for me :nono:

I thought this would work as lo mani...unwrap the knot...add moisture and let it be..

uh - no (at least not for me).

ONE day of the knots and at the end of the night when I go to add my oil and massage my scalp I have all these tangles and knot/balls at the ends of my hair.

I don't know why my hair does this, but even with moisture, moisture and more moisture...all I did was unravel the knot add air + time and something beautiful coils up on me.

Well...it was a nice idea, but (k)not for me

Twists work a little better and I guess it's because no curls have the time and space to curl up and snuggle with one another.

I like buns anyway
