Best Holding Spray

I need some recommendations for holding spray.

I don't really hear about people using holding spray much but when I tong my hair I need something to help the curls hold otherwise they've already fallen out before I curl the next sections.

Are there any naturals who use holding spray? If so which ones? and how is it using it on your natural hair?
