I understand that it's important to not use dyes with metal in it if you relax or already color since it can have devastating effects. But I was wondering what are these metallic dyes/ salts listed as so we know not to use them??? I was planning on maybe using this Henna mix from Russia but I'm not sure if the lady I get it from will/ can translate the ingredients although there's no ammonia or peroxide... Either way I plan on strand testing first to see how my hair reacts to it, but I want to be extra safe.

They don't list them. :nono: That's part of the reason people fear henna. Some companies add them and others don't. But the ones that add them don't list them. I'm not entirely sure they are required to list them.
