Biotin + Castor oil = 1 inch/month ??!!!

I know biotin is the truth, and castor oil works -- but I don't know about 1" a month.

I will say that biotin w/castor oil & coconut oil stopped my postpartum shedding in it's tracks. woo hoo!!

I love castor oil with all my heart and soul! lol In fact, I haven't used shea butter in months. I know the oil isn't "supposed" to be a moisturizer, but I tell you what....my hair LOVES this stuff. The sheen and the feeling of moisture are great. I cut it with EVOO and jojoba.

An inch a month with biotin? Hmmmm...never heard of that...interested in other responses...

I wish - but not for me.

Jamaican Black Castor oil is good stuff - I consider it a staple - but it's not making my hair grow faster.

Wow, never heard of this combo
I mean during my last stretch I was consistently taking my biotin and using JBCO [mixed with hot 6 oil] to seal every night (not directly on my scalp, though)...I got about an inch...but that was after a 13week stretch....so IDK...guess imma have to revisit this method
