Biotine Hair Cream and Biotin Dosage for Vitamins

Hey Ladies
I heard Nexxus has a Biotine Hair Creme you can use - is it a conditioner, leave-in etc? Anyone here ever used it, what do you think? Did you have to order online?
As for the Biotin vitamins - what is the recommended daily intake and how many of you are following it?
