BKT @ Dominican Essence?!!!!

Hey ladies,

So apparently Dominican Essence in Brooklyn does the BKT!!! I was wondering if anyone has had it done there. With all the raves about this salon my hunch is that they probably do a really good job. I called and they told me they do it for $80+, depending on the condition of your hair.

I'd like to see pics or hear someone's experience first, but with that price and the track record of D.Essence, I might just be willing to be the guinea pig

Yeah, Juanita does it. I forgot the brand but I am pretty sure she told me that she tried it on her daughter. I don't recall it being $80 though, more like $150.
