Blonde Goodness…. Just sharing (PICS)

Hello Ladies,

It’s been some time since my last post. Just wanted to share some pics of my mom’s hair ; I’m so proud of her golden locks, just didn’t want to keep it to myself…….lol. For those interested, she’s a 3c/4a, telaxed (every 6 months), she uses Clairol Textures & Tones Lightest Blonde 7G (every 2 months or so) and roller sets weekly. For these pics I flat ironed and pincurled her hair for a sexy look. These pics where taken with my camera phone, so they’re not the best. Anyhow, check them out…

ooh look at that length, i love the style too, the curls on the end. So pretty. Looks kinda thick too. very lush.

Her hair is medium brown (+ some grays….lol). First application always turns out like a light brown/honey blonde, that’s how her roots look like, on the following application they get lighter because she overlaps like an inch or so. Must clarify, she did NOT go from brown to blonde in a day. She's moved up gradually, from brown to honey to blonde…...what you see is the final product of years of coloring..……she’s been blonde for 10+ yrs now ….....I don’t picture her with a difference shade anymore.

Thanks ladies, I know blonde is not from every1 (I admit I’m color-phobic …..lol) but she’s managed to keep a healthy head of hair even double processed.
