The alkaline water IS A CHEMICAL, trust me! It may have a relatively lower Ph, but a CHEMICAL nevertheless. It took my hair out when my stylist bodiphied my hair, then applied a demi-permanent color on the same day! I have been trying to get my hair back ever since this happened to me over 4 yrs ago!
