Braids or weave you can wash daily?

Hello ladies! I'm in need of some advice:

I work in a microbiology lab and we deal with some pretty nasty bacteria (salmonella, for example). Whenever I leave lab, I have to shower & wash my hair. My hair is kinda long and thick so it gets pretty annoying to wash my hair every single day. I was wondering if there are any braids or weaves you can wash daily? I think stuff like micros would slide out, right? Any suggestions?

I washed my crochet braids pretty often, albeit not daily. I think you could wash kinky twists daily. They are expected to look a bit puffy.
