I have good news and I have bad news...I've found out where you can get Sebastians Colourshines, but you can only get it if your a licensed stylist (which I think is crap, but hey those are the rules). Luckly for me, my Aunt is a licensed hair dresser. Anyhow, you can get Colourshines at Metro Beauty Supply...I won't bother to post the phone number because I know we are all in different parts of the city, but they're in the book.
