I read a lot of information on washing hair with baking soda but there is some much info that i do not know to to use properly.

I would like to know the proper measurements of baking soda to water

how many times should i rinse 1x? 2x? 3x?

do i have to rinse with acv after?

TIA

i don't know whats best but what i do is add 1 to 2 tablespoons of baking soda to my garnier conditionner. I then use it normally by putting in sections (when im lazy,no sections) but my hair comes out clean. i rinse only once. Put some conditionner then seal with oil and air dry with big cornrows (this stretches my hair)
