Cayenne pepper, eggs, mtg, growth aids......strictly results

I just wanted to post a thread on the results of growth aids of cayenne pepper, mtg, eatting eggs, etc. Strictly results. Please state how long you have used the product, how much did you grow, and would you use it again? I would like to know if it was a positive thing for your hair. Stricly results please on any growth aids.

I used MSM powder for a month and got 3/4". I stopped using it because it gave me too much energy, and i hated the vivid dreams because they were always the scary ones.
