clear semi permanent hair color..? help please :)

I bought "crystal clear" semi permanent hair color. Is this the same as a clear rinse? I got a touch up about a week and a half ago. Is it safe to put this in my hair? I'm assuming all it will do is make it shiny...?





The brand is Adore..does anyone have experience with something like this?

That is a band of cellophane, just like sebastian. I used to get it done on the day of my perm so I could toss my pretty hair around. Wasn't on a hhj back then tho.
