Curve Salon methods and products, question

I was looking at the Curve salon website. My first time. I was really curiuos about the "shingle" method and what they meant by going kink to coils chemical or non- chemical method. Also has any one used their curly pudding at home and the curlybuttercream. If so whats in it and does it work like in those before and after photo's very easily?

I will thank all in advance. I thought the after pictures were really really nice.
