I need a good deep conditioner. I have tried 10 en 1, and ORS mayonaise. I didn't like either one of those. any suggestions?

I'll name a few that I like:

Aveda Damage Remedy
Nexxus Keraphix
Redken Heavy Cream
Silicon Mix
Miss Key Avocado & Aloe Vera (Dom)
Phyto Specific Intense Nutrition

I hope you find one that you like. I love 10 en 1 but I've never used ORS.

I haven't nailed down a favorite DC yet, because there are several I like (depending on how my hair feels). Here are a few of my favorites:

Motions Moisture Plus - great immediately after relaxing
Lustrasilk Shea Butter Cholesterol Plus - super cheap, makes my hair feel like butter
Aubrey Organics Honeysuckle Rose - smells yummy, super thick, very moisturizing
Aubrey GPB - for when my hair needs a light protein
Jason's Naturals Sea Kelp Conditioner - wonderful moisturizing DC

I have a question also, I am looking for moisturizer conditioners that I could do with heat/cap for at least 15 minutes, most of the conditioners mentioned above are not supposed to be use for more than 1-3 minutes:scratchch

Tetbelle: you hair is beautiful/full and healthy:)

Aubrey Organics and Jason's Naturals condtioners specifically state on the label to use them for at least 10-15 minutes. Same with Motions Moisture Plus.

Two words: KeraCare Humecto. This has been far superior than any conditioner Ive ever used, and believe me, Ive tried dozens.:)

Have you ever tried Mane and Tail as a deep conditioner? It is VERY GOOD and VERY MOISTURIZING. :)

La flaca,

So does
Aveda Damage Remedy
Nexxus Keraphix
Redken Heavy Cream
Miss Key Avocado & Aloe Vera (Dom)
Phyto Specific Intense Nutrition

Silicon mix does not state that but I find it most beneficial to apply with heat for 20-30 min.

even though the instructions say to leave it in 1-3 minutes, it would be ok to use it longer and with heat, right?

i was thinking about the nexxus keraphix specifially for this question.

I use and will always stand by my UBH deep conditioner. I sit under the dryer for 30 minutes.. the directions say 15-30 minutes. It moisturizes my hair in addition to giving a hot oil treatment at the same time. I have found no other comparison for my hair.

Thanks, I will try Aveda, Redken and phyto:D

Try Alter EGO Garlic conditioner. It makes my hair feel very soft and it does not weigh your hair down(at least not mine).

I know the LustraSilk Cholesterol Plus is more of an instant conditioner, but it gives me unbelieveable slip and softness .

My favorite long, deep conditioner is the ORS Replenishing PaK. I can't wait until I can find this in a bottle.

I like the pantene breakage defense mask, ors replenishing packs, silk elements cholesterol and queen helene cholesterol

I love this, although it is a little pricey.

I agree I love your hair I think I have hair envy:D keep up the great job.

Janeemat~Silicon Mix didn't work for me, but maybe it would make a difference with heat:confused: With the heat, how did it leave your hair feeling before/after rinsing?

My favorites for moisture: Neutrogena Triple Moisture DDC, Motions Moisture Plus, ORS replenishing pak

My favorites for protein: Motions CPR, Aphogee 2 min keratin reconstructor

I like those also... good ingredients and not loaded with silicones.

Another vote for Lustrasilk Shea Butter Cholesterol Plus! I mix this w/Paul Mitchell SuperCharged for my DCs...I love them both :yep:

Yes, all of these and the Dudly Hair mask is divine.

I have tried the Jason Sea Kelp though.

Elasta Q DPR-11...really thick and great for heating because its not watery and wont drip
after that, Nexxuss Humectress
