Demi Permanent Color.. Any Suggestions???

Hey ladies I read in a post that a Demi Permanent Color is supposed to open up the cuticles.. And being that my hair never stays mosturized when dry I think I should try this to see if it will open up my cuticles some..

Anyone use this kind of color? And what brand did you use?

If your hair does not stay moisturized when dry that more than likely means that your cuticles are too open already. Instead you might want to try an acidifying rinse or a leave-in conditioner with a low pH.

Do a search (now that it's finally working ) on Porosity.

I used Clairol's Natural Instincts in black and I did not like it at all. It dried out my hair worse then some permanent colors I've used and the color is dull. I know some people love this stuff, but it jacked up my hair. erplexed
