DMV ladies..I went to see Monica at the hair company usa

and I really like my hair. She was nice but really quiet...not sure if she was tired but when I walked in she was doing a weave that turned out fabulous!!! I had a wash, condition w/ steam, blow dry and style. I'd go back. But I'm definitely going to try the lady at Ocular Hair Designs

well I don't have much to offer about Ocular Hair designs other than what the ladies on here have said so I'm truly taking their word for it. Monica is close to my job so I will definitely see her again. She's going to do my wedding trial hair next week! I'm excited.
