After several months of giving it some serious thought a church member of mine has decided to loc her hair. She has experience with helping others start their locs so she used the products and method she knew. After a month in a half her roots and ends of each loc don't seem to take but the middle does. She's frustated and has no idea why it isn't working. I believe it's her hair. It's 3b/c and it is fine. Can any of you ladies help me help her. Thanks
