I am a 4a/b women that likes to exercise. I usually wear my hair down, but now that I exercise, Im afraid my hair will get soak. How do you guys maintain your straight hair if you exercise 3-4 times a week. Any suggestions???:look::look::look::look::look::look::look:

All depends on your wash routine I think.. I prefer to co-wash, t-shirt dry, and finish air drying in either a ponytail with the ends tucked under into the ponytail elastic to keep them smooth, multiple ponytail to get the roots smoother, or a loose bun. My hair ends up with loose waves in the morning. Of all those methods, the easiest to do if I worked out in the morning or want to leave the house right after cowashing is the high ponytail/bun.

I agree; if your hair is long enough, putting it in a high, loose ponytail or bun while you work out tends to keep the ends from getting soaked. I still find I have to wash at least twice a week or my scalp goes crazy. :ohwell:
