So I've been using broccoli seed oil for a while now, but I'm really starting to pick up on the scent when I'm wearing it. (I've got a poor sense of smell.) For the mixtresses out there, do you think it will be ok to blend it with a fragrant oil instead of EOs in order to mask the smell?

-- They're probably synthetic fragrances, but I use them in my hair lotions.

I prefer EOs, but if you already use them in your hair lotions without problems, I wouldn't see any reason not to.

HTH!

@snoop, I use both intermittently but the straight essential oils added to your carrier oils are more potent.

I have been loving geranium eo in my diffuser lately. I think it's fragrant enough to scent other oils and butters.

Eventually, I want to make a blend that will be beneficial to my hair, but I'm I'm a bind this weekend and I mostly have fragrant oils on hand.

(If I'd thought about it, I answered my own question when I posted.)

Thanks for your responses, everyone!
