Those of you who are increasing your water intake might want to know that a 1.5 liter of Fiji water has 127 mg of Silica (85 mg/liter). Because I drink this water daily, I don't have to worry about taking a silica supplement.

Enjoy!

I read that whole article, no where does it say that you can get silica from water.

Most brands of water does not have silica except for Fiji. It has to do with the natural process of water filtering through volcanic rock over hundreds of years.

I love that water and drink just because of the mineral content.

I hate how expensive it tends to be though.

Whole foods have nicely priced cases, though.

How much is it for a liter or gallon from what you've seen?

For anyone who might be interested - Fiji water is on sale at Walgreens this week 2/$2. FYI, It is regularly $2.59 a bottle!
