The bun is really simple. I just take the hair and hold in a ponytail (usually while still very damp) and twist then start coiling into a bun. Once it's in a bun, I take one stick and go thru one side and out the other and vice versa w/the other stick

( You have to think it goes in on the side of the bun, to the scalp and then out the other side of the bun )
I'd originally uploaded more pics but the browser logged out b/c I guess it was taking too long. Sorry. I might try to add a couple more tomorrow.
