I am think of buying a flat iron. Searching the previous threads it seems like people like Chi, Sedu and Maxiglide. Has anyone ever heard of the Gold n' Hot Ceramic Nano Wet Stylin Iron? It supposedly dries and straightens damp hair. Do y'all think that's damaging? If there is a particular thread on this, can someone please point me to it.

Sounds like a knockoff of the Solia iron, which also claims to straighten damp hair. But really, why would anyone try to flatiron damp hair? Just doesn't sound like it would work, IMO.
