Thanks for sharing...

It was interesting to read the thoughts of the companies that supply us with our hair products...Their rationale for the ingredient in their products...what they feel is the reason we need certain products. From that stand point it was very enlightening (esp to those of us who will venture deeper into making homemade product).

It would be great if there were a LHCF magazine that could be purchased by the manufactures so that they would know what we want as ingredients (minus their ingredients that are harmful to our health). It could also have a listing of products that have worked for us (or have not worked for us) and the reasons why. Heck we could be nice and let them know what it takes to improve what they already make so we don't have to modify it post purchase.... for now I guess I can dream

That's a good idea

I think they do need to hear the voice of the consumer, especially now since most of the major lines are now white owned. It's funny how once they hear of black folks makin money, they gotta creep in and get a peice
