ooohh i wanna know too .... i am currently taking whey powder x

I'm not sure but couldn't hurt though (except for the possible weight gain)

Simply consume an adequate amount of (lean) protein in your diet (fish, chicken, turkey, tofu, etc) and you'll receive the same results. HHG

It doesn't have to necessarily be a protein shake...just up your protein intake in general. That could be with meat, nuts, etc.

I started making smoothies and sometimes I mix in Protein Weigh...tastes very good.

Protein shakes are good & many have biotin & other nutrients that are good for your hair. Depending on the shake & your goals the shakes can help you with weight loss or gain. They aren't solely responsible for either as most shakes cannot replace a sound diet & exercise plan. HTH.

The "waistlength cocktail" helps with hair growth. Click the link in my siggy.

I thought protein shakes were supposed to help you lose weight...not gain it :perplexed:sad:

So did I. This guy I work with has been using them in his diet and he's lost about 40 pounds since January.

helps you lose weight and gain muscle.
i would try the protein shake. i dont see any harm in it. i used to make sure i got lots of protein when i was working out. since summer started i've been lazy. if it doesnt help your hair grow you're body will still benefit. oh and tell us about your results if you try it
