my mum recently decided to start her hair growth but is not willin to keep her hair in protective styles and likes wearin her hair down a lot...so i was wondering if anyone has grown their hair long without using protective styles and was wondering what tips u cud give her on things to do to help archive maximum hair growth??

Watch out for split ends! You are prone to get a lot more if you wear your hair down. As soon as your see them, TRIM them every 7 weeks for short to shoulder-length hair. Every 14 weeks for shoulder length or longer.....Also use Nexxus Humectress on the ends for added moisture.
