hair mannequins - afro or straight hair?

i am trying to get better with my braiding skills and i wanted to know is it better to learn how to braid on the afro textured mannequin or the one with the straight hair? i want to get good by the summer to make some hustle money on the side. any advice?

I don't think it really matters much but if you're just starting maybe the straight one just to get the skills down. I'm no braider though. I was using a straight one years ago and that one was fine.

^^^thanks! i know the basics of braiding, but i need to practice on parting. that is a big issue for me. i can't get my parts straight enough. i am a bit of a perfectionist too when it comes to clean parts.
