3. Not moisturizing and sealing at night
(I didn't even know that I needed to do this at night. I was doing it sporadically in the morning if my hair felt dry. But consistency, I guess, is the key)
4.Not being proactive in buying a new satin bonnet because the one I have is all stretched out, and of course falls off at night.
5. Not applying my Boundless Tresses to my scalp consistently
*Being a PJ when I have a pretty solid regime with products that work.

*My diet SUCKS.
