can anyone recommend a good moisturiser that i can use on 4b natural but straighten hair. my hair just seems really dry. i used some hair pomade gel the other day to slick down my hair and it dried out my hair, found out it had in mineral oil.(found out about that recently) so now it seems like my soft hair seems dry and i need a nice no water based moituriser to bring it back up to scratch.

I am 4a natural and I press my hair once a month. My hair likes Aveda products. The Smooth Infusion poo/cond works well on moisturizing my hair. My hair also likes Matrix Biolage Hydrating Balm conditioner /and the Matrix Fortifying Leave-in Treatment. That works as a great moisturizing combo when my hair is feeling extra dry and brittle.

dont you use any hair oils or cremes, because my hair just seems really dry if i dont, its flyaway, and due to the shortness of the front of my hair i need something that keeps it down and tame
