it honestly depends on the person. I was taking 15,000mcg biotin, Super b complex, 120mcg iron and a multivitamin for 5 months. I had no problem and no break outs ( and absolutely no results) some people take 1000 biotin and their face freaks out or get weird side effects, so it totally depends on your body
...I think all of that is excessive and probably won't be absorbed and used by the body. A multi, iron, and one designated hair vitamin should be good enough for the results you're looking for.
