I am considering purchasing a curling wand to create loose spirals. Does anyone have any experience with these irons?

yeah, they're good for making soft natural, tousled looking curls.

curls (aside from my natural ones) fall really fast in my hair so i dont use it really. but when i had heat damage and parts of my hair wouldnt curl i would use a small wand on the straight pieces so they could blend with my natural curls better

I try to use my sisters but I always burn my fingers.... So no I have not used one successfully... I also don't understand how my ends are ever supposed to get smooth without me using some sort of mini heat proof thimble....

i used the conair infiniti curling wand.

also, i've never burnt my fingers but that's because i dont use it to curl to the very very end... thats what i use my regular curling irons for.

here's and example of how i use mine

go to 2min in

I had this done before. I had a weave though. It makes tousled curls like you didn't try but still ferosh look :)

Your hair should be long if you're going to use it though. IMO
