I saw for the 1st time today in Walmart three new Pantenes: for Blondes,Brunettes and Redheads.
This irritated me since Pantene doesn't want to carry their Relaxed and Natural line in Canada(I have never seen it anywhere and I think read on this board that they will not be offereing it in Canada) but will carry a Redhead line???
Their reason was they don't have the market for R&N but there are waaay more black people here than Redheads. How stupid.I hope that Redhead line fails, lol.

Have you tried any of the other Pantene conditioners (like the Daily Moisture Renewal or the Smooth and Sleek? These are really good conditioners. I liked them better then the R&N. Why don't you try those if they're available in your area?

:scratchch Interesting that they have two separate formulas for blonde and brunette. The bottles are pretty but I am sticking to my R&N...

Unless they send me a bottle for the dark brunette conditioner for free :look:

I agree with Allandra.

Thanks for the tip.I'll give the DMR a try then.I've only tried the Hydrating Curls and disliked it.

The R & N now has Amino-Proteins in it. I tried the conditioner- I'm undecided on if it did anything. I bought it at Target (I bought the Garnier Fructis Long & Strong cond. too). L'oreal also has a Smooth Intense For Women of Color shampoo and conditioner line out now. All 3 conditoners didn't impress me so far. I'll give them another try eventually.

-plus you can't really blame them for not having the r&n line in wal-mart because if you look at the demographics, the popluation of blacks in the GTA is approx. 300,000 (maybe even less) out of 3,000,000. If you go to some place like michigan the black population is just over 2,000,000. So its really not worth the investment for pantene tbh . but you can still find it here though ;)

Hey curlybun.I didn't know R & N could even be found in beauty supply stores.I'm not in the GTA or Toronto so there are even fewer black people here.
I will go to a black beauty supply store next time I'm in Toronto for sure.
