Have you ever dyed a human hair wig?

Hey Ladies,

I ordered the New Hair or Semi Weave from Especially Yours.

I just got the Lucy center part today. I ordered it in dark brown , it is still a little too light for my hair.

I don't want to go through any further expense of sending it back and paying more s&h since I paid extra to get it before the weekend. I also ordered the Dee left part in dark brown.

I went out and bought some Clairol rinse in Almost black to wash through the hair.

Do you think that will work?

I was wanting to wear these semi-weaves as a protective style this winter.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I remembered I did dye a UPA clip I had a couple of years ago.

Sure did! I dyed mine with from brown to black with Bigen. It was the only color wig left, and I had to have it!

Too funny! I just posted in the simi weave thread that I'd dyed one of the ones I bought. It was on clearance due to the color. I bought it and a box of hair color. It turned out beautifully.
