I'm still curious, lol. Has anyone else increased the amount their hair grows per month/year by changing their diet and eating right? I've noticed that since I started drinking protein shakes in the morning, taking my spirulina every day, drinking 100 fl. oz. of water everyday, exercising and eating healthier that my nails are a lot stronger (they used to break after a certain point, and now they don't) and are growing a bit faster and that my skin is looking clearer. Also I've lost weight. I just want for those benefits to be extended to my hair and how much it grows as well
