Just wanted to share this.....

Many ladies take vitamins, but how much is your body really using? I was told that our body excretes(does not absorb) 70% of the ingredients listed in vitamins like Centrum, Oil of Olay, aka. fake supplements. Holistic vitamins are 100% natural and absorb just as quick as the food we eat. I have been taking holistic vitamins for about three weeks now, and I already notice a difference in my body (ie. bowel frequency). If anyone is interested, you can view the website of the brand I am using at: http://www.rainbowlight.com/products.html
You can buy the vitamins at health shops like Whole Foods, Nuts-N-Berries, etc. (The website has a store finder.) The website, also, has the ingredients listed that are contained in each product.(They, also, carry a Nail, Hair, and Skin supplement. This is listed under Condition-Specific Remedies. Here is thae page:http://www.rainbowlight.com/nailhair.html)
Please take a look, and seriously consider changing the type of vitamins you consume. We need to do what is best for bodies, Ladies. I hope you all benefit.
God Bless.

Thank you!!! This information is helpful.
I currently am taking the HSN vit from The Vitamin Shoppe, and I actually like it a lot, but I'm always looking for healthy alternatives. It's strange b/c I was taking the Whole Foods HSN vit and it didn't give me results the way this one has.
Anyhoo, I'll definitely add that to my list of things to investigate/try in the new year. :yep:
