Keep me honest because I am to excited!

I've been feeling a bit down because my ends are a bit thin from previous damage. I had sections of my hair that were maybe 4 inches long so those sections are obviously not caught up.

Anyway I decided to straighten since Im texlaxed and can;t always see my length due to shrinkage. And uhmmmm OMG I think I may be grazing or close to MBL.:grin:

I started my HHJ in November of 2010 and can't wait to see where I am on my 2 year mark!


p.s. PIC 1 AND 2 are from November 2010 while pic 3 and 4 are from today. I am being lazy but I'll be back with more pics

Thanks you guys!! I wore my hair out to work today and got soooo many compliments:grin:

xu93texas I ps'd most of last year in wigs (Jan - June) and then buns (July to Dec). I rarely wore my hair since the ends would touch my shoulders. This year I had weaves Jan - June.
When I bun I co-wash at least every other day and DC once per week.

Products I use are
Cowash:HE LTR, Aussie Moist 3 min

DC: AO HSR or AO GPB. Love this stuff!
Moisturizer: Wave Nouveau
 
pookaloo83 I'm texlaxed though with a LOT of texture. I like the thickness I get but wish I had bone straight. I've tried relaxing bone straight but still get the texture. The last time I stretched I ran out of relaxer :blush: So now I have varying degrees of straightness all over:nono:
 
Wow, you've had great growth! I hope your progress post helps inspire some of the newbies and lurkers.
 
Congratulations!! I can't tell if it's MBL or BSL grazing MBL. Either way congrats to you and enjoy your beautiful hair!

Great growth! If you don't mind my asking, how tall are you? Would you consider your torso short, long, or average?
 
Wow You wasn't playin at all!!! You have renewed my obsession with retaining my growth. I was just complaining in the BSL challenge the other day lol. Beautiful hair girl!
 
@ezina I am 5'5 and I've been told that I have long legs so I'm guessing that means I have a short torso. Not sure though

@NappyNelle I hope so too cos we all get discouraged every so often. I attached a picture of the breakage I was referring to. I had little sections like this in the back. They've grown out quite a bit but still lag behind the other hairs
