I plan on doing a mohawk tonight for a party tomorrow and I have no idea where to start. Any ideas or suggestions? So far I've only considered doing some cornrows up the left side of my head. Then do a twist out with the rest of my hair. How does this sound?

How about doing corn rows up both sides of your head, meeting at down the middle of your head. Then do a braid-out with the hair going down the middle of the head. Does that make sense? In other words instead of being bald on the sides you have cornrows. Then by doing a braid out w/ the rest of the hair (and some hair spray maybe) you'll have the wild mohawk look

i did cornrows on the sides then left a section in the middle that i twisted then did a twistout

or pins on the sides with a twistout if you cant braid
