How do you do pin curls?

Hi. Tommorow I have a job interview so I have to keep my hair styled. Since the fall I have been just washing my hair and putting it up instead of using heat and I have to say my hair is growing a little faster. I was planning on not using heat till the summer but I have to do my hair because I have an interview.

I just washed my and deep conditioned my hair and im going to put some rollers in my hair and sit under the dryer under a cool setting and then run over it with a flat iron.

The thing is how do I keep my hair looking nice till tommorow with body? I cant wrap my hair because it broke off my edges years ago and it makes my hair too flat (my hair is fine).

I use a bonnet and if I dont do anything to my hair like roll it or something my hair goes all over the place.

I tried pin curling once and my ends looked frizzy and a mess lol.

So how do you pin curl to keep body?
